Wireless communication is awesome! Right? Only problem is that there are many different methods and techniques which all use different frequencies and sometimes require extra hardware. But if you do not want to spend extra money on hardware, then the ESP microcontroller boards offer WiFi and Bluetooth. Those only come with a "short" range though. So in this video I will test ESP-NOW which is a wireless communication method that can be used with the ESP boards. It gets rid of many disadvantages while not needing extra hardware. So let's see what it can do and ultimately push it to the limit by building a crude Walkie-Talkie. Let's get started!

Can you make a simple flight controller in your upcoming new video
So ESP NOW will replace Arduino IDE?
..all the silly little things needed, and now my off-grid power costs $800/Ah, gets 14watts from each 200Ah battery, and power generation ends up with 4% useable juice.. /s
There are simple circuits wich can Drive they piezo disc. No need to get oversophisticated....
I hope you're doing well. As a developer interested in ESP32-related projects, I'm seeking guidance on how to program the ESP32 WROOM 32D using an ST-Link V2. Could you provide some insights into this matter? I would appreciate it if you could direct me to useful resources, relevant instructions, or any tips that could assist me along this path. Thank you very much,
How to limit range of my ESP32? I need a way to do this programmatically, is it possible?
Great vid! It's easy to see that you are one of those people who should not attempt to build one again. It will not work for you.
Does anyone know how much lift force of electromagnet inside small generator produce?
ESP32-CAM ESP8266 Arduino IDE WIFI Module with OV2640 2MP Camera & USB TTL Board - AU $27.63... cheaper than a webcam!
Can you make a pressure cooker whistle counter?
A * V = W
Anyone knows what external antennas these are at 0:36 on the fritzbox? And why are they on the front, better reception?
You want to try a diy galvanometer next, using speaker coils to move the mirrors.
No, not pointless. Surely you only need one Master controller? Consequently the cost implication would be minimal? The Arduino is 'easier' to program because you have the over burden of the, not sure if this is the correct terminology, of the interpreter/translator that replaces the Arduino commands with blocks of code, yes, makes programming easier and programs more readable but slows things down, sometimes a lot! Finally, welcome to the real world of programming. The most important part of commercial programming is commenting/documenting of the code, without this, maintaining the code can be a nightmare! Even with amateur code, it's amazing what you can forget in just a couple of weeks!
Wago connectors are so MUCH better. Yes you'll need to strip wires BUT making changes later are sooo much easier!
Great info! I am looking into using some of the newer "closed loop" steppers, any chance we will get a video on those too?
I would like to see your detailed opinions about consumer electronics from aliexpress
I first saw the concept of conducive ink in around 2016-2017. It has come a long way since then.
"Aside from the higher impedance of the wye configuration, from a controller standpoint, the two winding configurations can be treated exactly the same" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brushless_DC_electric_motor
If I drink a bunch of vodka, this video makes no sense.. js
Dirty video..
Great explanation as always. Absolutely legendary! Thank you scott! Nonstop classics :)
And still, I prefer wago.
Just weld it with a modified microwave transformer and you get the best possible connection
No no no no Noooooo! This is disgusting and i would have expected you to know better! The main problem here is metal fatigue. Copper work hardens and will then break off very easily if flexed. There is no control over tension applied here. Also, what to do to insulate the 'joint'which has been made. There are proper type-tested solutions which carry approval marks for very good reasons. They are usually referred to generically as "terminals".
the idea for the next video "Folding ADC" why do some weirdos use odd bit number ADC's 🤔
For what permanent connection ?
Der erste April ist schon ein paar Tage rum.
permanent? until first fire it causes, i guess
Very good explanation 🙏🏾🔥🔥🔥
18th edition in the UK says no twisting of wires.
Won't allow that on my project period
these should be banned
bluetooth 5 has a range of 240 meters/800'
Pls talk to your electrician friend about this.
Can't do double-sided?
I got some Wago 222 replicas from China. Did the same pull test as you did. I reached 37kg but it didn't fail. Surprisingly!
Yeah, the NEC is mostly over regulation anyway. I mean, whi doesn't like a warm home.
What was the battery charger you recommended? Thanks
This is bullshit, just solder or use wago
waaaag-ooooo ;-) ...(wago)...do not use amerikansky method
Skill >>>>> this tool
A usb cable gave you nightmares because of power loss? That's interesting. Have you considered checking with a psychiatrist? Seems you have what is known as "usb power loss phobia" which is a very serious illness that can infect other usb cables and some charging ports
finish by flowing solder and covering with a wire nut?
I guess it maybe due to IR reflections in your environment.
Dude y solid wire ?? Should it not be multi strand ?
Why it's not dimmer? The cube.. It's like the pwm right? In 4x4x4, for each 4x4 layer, duty cycle is like 25% right?
Doesnt work on stranded
Save 4 euros and never use this.
